Claus Temporaries of America, Inc. is a woman owned and family operated corporation. We have over 50 years of experience finding jobs for people in the Toledo and surrounding areas.

Peter Claus started Claus Employment Service in 1959 in the Spitzer Building downtown when he was just 23 years old.  He opened the doors with just $1,400.00 dollars in hand.  He used the public transportation system to get to and from work for 3 years.  Peter helped gain employment for an innumerable amount of people over the last 49 years.  His determination, innovation, perseverance, adaptablility and success in the staffing industry is a inspiration to all who work at Claus.  Peter paved the way that lead to HR outsourcing.

In 2000, Peter retired and sold the business to his daughter, Maria Claus-Konoff and son-in-law, Eric Konoff who have continued in the pursuit of putting talent to work.
