General Office Receptionist: Looking for a candidate who has experience with general office admin work (fax, file, phones, Microsoft office, light bookkeeping) as well as be able to help out in other office areas as well as needed. It is a casual dress office environment. Candidte must be flexible on their time, due to the nature of the business there may be times when they need employees to come in before 8am or stay past 5pm, also an occasional weekend day. Again, this is not every day but they just want to make sure the person taking this position is available to work extended hours on occasion. Candidate must have a history of good attendance and reliable transportation to work. This is a Temp-To-Perm and is a 40 hour a week Full Time position for the right candidate.

Substitute Student Aide: If you have experience in the ParaProfessional and/or Education fields, please apply with us for the 2010-2011 School Year. Right now we are only accepting applications for Substitue Student Aides. The Substitute Student Aide's Role is to provide assistance to their assigned student with both behavioral and academic needs when their Full Time Student Aide is not able to come to work. You will work with a variety of students with a variety of needs at the High School. This position is on an "on-call" basis. The traditional school day is 7:15am - 2:30pm. This is a great opportunity and experience for candidates going to school for a degree in Secondary Education or retired school teachers.
REQUIREMENTS:
State Requirements for Paraprofessional Jobs in Ohio:
1) One Year Educational Aide Certificate,** or valid Ohio Teacher License, or valid Ohio Substitute Teacher License.
2) Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Federal Requirements for Paraprofessional Jobs in Ohio: Federal requirements for paraprofessional jobs in Ohio apply to instructional paraprofessionals who work in NCLB funded school districts. All Ohio paraprofessionals with instructional assistance duties must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and meet one of the following standards:
1) Complete 2 years of study (48 semester credit hours or 72 quarter credit hours) at an accredited college or university OR
2) Earn an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university OR
3) Pass the ParaPro assessment with a score of 456 or better.
Other Requirements:
--Successfully pass the FBI/BCI Background Check**.
--Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic instructions, short correspondence and memos.
--Abiltiy to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to student, staff and parents.
--Maintain great attendance record; be prompt and punctual
--Successfully pass a Tuberculosis Skin test (TB)**.
--Ability to work independently with little or no guidance.
--Patitence and empaty.
